On October 1st in Grenoble, Snowpack took part in a roundtable discussion dedicated to a major challenge: how can industrial performance and cybersecurity be reconciled?
Alongside the CEA-Leti, four French companies came together to share their expertise and approaches to securing industrial environments: AIoTrust, P4S, Inspeere and Snowpack.
🔬 One remarkable common point: all four maintain close ties with the research community.
🔹AIoTrust builds on the work of the Ampère Laboratory at INSA Lyon.
🔹P4S was co-founded by academic researchers from ENSTA, EPITA and ISEP, among others.
🔹Inspeere emerged from public research, with a technology co-developed and patented with CNRS and Université Côte d’Azur.
🔹Snowpack originated from the research work of CEA-List, with a technology protected by several patents co-written with the CEA.
Four different journeys, one shared conviction: in the face of the complexity of industrial cyber threats, innovation must rest on solid scientific and technological foundations.
🤝 Another common point: these four companies are members of Hexatrust, which brings together French and European players in trusted digital technologies.
On this occasion, Olivier Morel, Managing Director of Snowpack and Treasurer of Hexatrust, notably presented the work carried out collectively by the association on OT cybersecurity, and in particular its new white paper:
📘”Industrial Systems Cybersecurity: Building European Resilience with Trusted Solutions“.
This work brings together 18 Hexatrust members, illustrating the richness and complementarity of French and European solutions for protecting our industries.
Because protecting our industries also means knowing how to build on our scientific, technological and industrial excellence.
Thank you to FFI Isère, Global Security Mag, Gtec and Miti (Purpl Group) for organizing this great event, to Valentin Jangwa for moderating, and to all the speakers and participants for the quality of the discussions!
